Gretchen is a proud Texan and Texas Tech University alumna, whose passion for home care and customer service has been cultivated through a remarkable journey.
With over three decades of experience in sales and management across various food-related industries, event planning, and home organization, Gretchen brings a wealth of expertise to the world of Home Watch services.
In 2017, Gretchen became intimately acquainted with the challenges of being an absentee property owner after purchasing a condo on Navarre Beach. The uncertainty of her property’s condition after storms and the frustrating experience of managing repairs and insurance claims from afar ignited her passion for providing a solution.
Gretchen’s ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, develop comprehensive checklists and procedures, and foster strong community connections are the cornerstone of her approach to caring for each My Home Watch Concierge customer’s home.
Having felt the unease of not knowing if her property was secure after a storm, Gretchen is driven to eliminate these anxieties for her clients. She understands the frustration and unanswered questions that come with managing properties long distance and is committed to delivering efficient, hassle-free solutions.

Andy & Judy Epstein

Andy and Judy Epstein are proud natives of the Panhandle of Florida, born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. Their deep connection to the community drives their commitment to deliver top-notch services.
Andy, a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), boasts an impressive 30 years in sales and marketing, specializing in home products and the pump industry. With his roles in business development and regional management, Andy has masterfully honed his ability to not just comprehend but anticipate and exceed customer needs and expectations. His extensive experience of business travel has provided invaluable insights into customer preferences, making meticulous planning and service excellence second nature to him.
Judy, on the other hand, has thrived as a self-employed entrepreneur for over 15 years in residential and commercial cleaning. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service has made her a trusted name in the local community. Judy’s expertise in providing feedback and addressing issues promptly in her cleaning business extends seamlessly to My Home Watch Concierge. Her dedication to customer service shines through in every property she cares for on the Emerald Coast of NW Florida.
As natives of the Panhandle and full-time residents of the Emerald Coast, Andy and Judy possess an intimate understanding of the distinctive challenges that come with property ownership in this picturesque area.
